Role: Worked with the CCO to plan, and managed the tactics and logistics for over a dozen events across the country and several overseas. Worked with marketing and exhibition agencies in creating and implementing up to 40' x 40' exhibit spaces at 10,000+ attended expos. Collaborated with teams for custom booth design and content, marketing videos, social media, collateral, gifts, and additional external and networking events, including F&B, AV, WiFi, and travel.

Role: Founder & Chief Operations Officer of this 17-year-old annual conference and trade show. Tasks included site visits, program planning, contract review, researching speakers, exhibitor, and sponsor sales, logistics, travel, hotel (room block, F&B, AV, Wi-Fi), on-site management, financial management, post-event surveys, ongoing customer service.  Over 500 higher education attendees attend from all over the world concentrating on their marketing, communications, and digital presence. Over 60 exhibitors and sponsors, pre-and post-conference workshops, 50+ 1-hour presentations, several keynotes, and multiple social and networking opportunities in major cities across the United States. The annual event has been held in Baltimore, Atlantic City, Chicago, San Antonio, Boston, San Diego, and Philadelphia.

Role: Planned and managed regional events for the credit union focusing on their four branches in Seaford, Milford, Lewes, and Millsboro, DE. From sponsorships, donations, exhibiting, and shredding events, it was community-driven and marketed.
Role: Hired by C&LC to market several events throughout the Fall for a 100+-year-old society in New York City; selling promotional partnerships, working with staff on email blasts, banners, and program material.

Role: Events Strategy – Worked with ESEC to create a new 200,000 square foot, annual trade show and conference to launch in the Washington, D.C. area. Tasks included site visits, the strategy of launching new venture with over 100 exhibitors, 50 sponsorships, projected attendance of 1,000 over a 2 day event.

Role: Marketing and Meeting Consulting — with the Women's Business Center for their annual Women's Business Conference in Salisbury, MD. Reviewing their agenda timeframe, offering food and beverage suggestions, and highlighting how vendors can obtain maximum time with attendees.

Role: Conference Manager — for multi-day event for the members of this Chesapeake region non-profit. With exhibitors, sponsors, pre-conference events that are onsite and off, it is a learning experience for all that come from all walks of the Chesapeake foodshed. Created communications plan including social media, direct mail, and PR content and schedule. Organized volunteers with their roles, worked with hotel staff on preliminary planning of F&B, on-site food trucks and WiFi.
